  • TCG & Collectible Market Volatility: Prices for collectible products, trading cards, and sealed hobby boxes are subject to market fluctuations and may change without notice.

  • Accuracy of Listings: We make every effort to display product descriptions, images, and inventory accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or prices are error-free. In the event of a pricing or inventory error, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust affected orders.

  • Purchase Limits: To ensure fair access for collectors and players, we reserve the right to limit purchase quantities per customer, household, or order on select high-demand or limited-release items.

3. Payment & Billing Information

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping terms, transit times, and delivery policies are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

  • Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery of the package to the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx). We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages marked as delivered, or weather delays.

5. Pre-Orders & Cancellations

  • Pre-Orders: Payment for pre-ordered items is collected at the time of purchase to reserve your inventory. Estimated release dates are provided by manufacturers and are subject to change without notice.

  • Cancellations: Orders may be canceled for a full refund prior to shipping. Once an order has been fulfilled and a tracking number generated, the transaction is subject to our standard return policy.

6. User Conduct & Store Reviews

  • When posting reviews, comments, or interacting with our store, you agree not to submit fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, or deceptive content.

  • We reserve the right to remove any user content that violates these Terms or harms our store community.
