Pre-Order Policy

At Figueroa Collectibles, we offer pre-orders to give our customers guaranteed access to upcoming trading card games, sealed hobby boxes, and limited collector releases. Please review our pre-order terms below before placing your order.

1. Payment at Checkout

  • Full Payment Required: Payment for pre-ordered items is collected in full at the time of purchase to secure and lock in your allocated inventory.

  • Guaranteed Allocation: Placing a pre-order reserves your product directly from our distribution allocations.

2. Release Dates & Manufacturer Delays

  • Estimated Release Dates: Release dates displayed on product pages are provided directly by manufacturers and distributors (e.g., Pokémon, Wizards of the Coast, Bandai).

  • Delays Outside Our Control: Release dates are subject to change without prior notice due to manufacturer production or distribution delays. If a release date changes, we will process your order as soon as the stock arrives at our facility.

3. Mixed Orders (In-Stock + Pre-Order Items)

  • Single Shipment Policy: If you place an order containing both in-stock items and pre-order items, your entire order will be held and shipped together once all pre-order products become available.

  • Separate Shipments: If you need in-stock items delivered right away, please place separate orders for in-stock and pre-order products.

4. Cancellations & Order Changes

  • Cancellation Window: Pre-orders can be canceled for a full refund at any time before the item has been packaged or shipped.

  • How to Cancel: To request a cancellation, please email support@figueroacollect.com with your order number prior to the official release date.

  • Fulfillment: Once a pre-order has been processed and a shipping label has been generated, the purchase falls under our standard Refund & Return Policy.

5. Allocations & Product Cutbacks

In rare circumstances where a manufacturer or distributor imposes emergency supply cutbacks or short-ships an upcoming release:

  • Pre-orders will be fulfilled in the exact order they were received (first-come, first-served).

  • If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order due to a distributor cutback, you will be notified immediately and issued a 100% full refund back to your original payment method.
