Shipping policy

At Figueroa Collectibles, we aim to pack and ship your orders as quickly and securely as possible. Please review our shipping terms below to understand how your order is processed and delivered.

1. Domestic Shipping Only

We currently ship exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Processing & Transit Times

Shipping consists of two main timeframes: Order Processing and Carrier Transit.

  • Order Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days

    • Orders are prepared, packed, and handed over to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days.

    • Please note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding standard federal holidays.

  • Standard Transit Time: 5 to 7 business days

    • Once handed off to the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), estimated delivery takes 5 to 7 business days depending on your location.

Total Estimated Delivery Window: Approximately 6 to 10 business days from the date your order is placed.

3. Order Tracking

  • As soon as your package is labeled and dispatched, you will receive an automatic email notification containing your tracking number.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to begin showing on the carrier’s website after receiving your email notification.

4. Weekend & Holiday Orders

Orders placed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or official public holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

5. Address Verification & Shipping Issues

  • Correct Address: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address provided by the customer.

  • Carrier Delays & Delivery Issues: Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, transit delays due to weather, high carrier volume, or postal issues are outside of our direct control. If your tracking indicates a delivery issue or delay, please contact us so we can assist in investigating.
